PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING

We strategize and specify the needs of your livestream event:

  • ✅ Location - Location planning starts with high-level details. Where is your event? Is there a specific entrance we will load into? Then, we will discuss camera positions to ensure clean lines of sight and coordinate where our control area will be set up and where cables get to run so they are safe and out of sight.

  • ✅ Integration - We will likely need to integrate with an in-house or other outside A/V vendor to get audio feeds of microphones and graphics feeds of PowerPoint and video playback. We handle all of these details and coordinate with the right people so you don’t have to think about things like HD-SDI or XLR signal flows

LOAD IN & SET UP

Before we arrive on site, we thoroughly test and prep all of the equipment for your event. On the day of your event, we often have a small window of time to get into the venue, setup, and tested.
